JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gathering shipment updates from contractors
  • Conducting high-volume phone and email outreach
  • Negotiating rates with contractors (carrier sales)
  • Providing updates and solutions to team members
  • Performing general data entry
  • Opportunities for development into Carrier Sales, Regional Dispatch Manager, or Customer Sales roles

COMPENSATION:
Entry-Level Operations Specialists will receive a base salary plus uncapped commissions.

First-year income guarantee:
$40,000
