Job Summary:

The Finance Transformation Business Execution Senior Vice President is responsible for the management, coordination, tracking, and communication of status across the Transformation program. This role sits within the Chief Operating Office for Finance Transformation and requires the ability to comprehensively communicate overall program strategy, status, and progress effectively with senior leadership, including the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Finance Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the overall program, drivers, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate inputs from diverse stakeholders and effectively manage the editing process.
• Develop storyboards, including strategy recommendations to senior management, and effectively challenge updates to arrive at the right content.
• Develop executive briefings and speaker notes, as well as effective management reporting and dashboards.
• Partner with counterparts across the function and broader organization to identify and adopt best practices.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in a consultancy model business, preferably across Finance Services.
• Strong program management skills, including effective status reporting, plan management, risk, and issue management, but deploy a flexible approach.
• Excellent influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills, with an ability to build strong networks.
• Exceptional writing skills, with an ability to synthesize complex concepts and translate into effective presentations to senior executives, proficient to expert use of PowerPoint presentation for storytelling.
• Communicates effectively and impactfully to all levels of an organization.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to deep dive into content.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask productively, and work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Autonomous and highly motivated, with a tireless work ethic.
• Innovative and curious, able to balance analytical and creative abilities.
• Bachelor degree required, Master's degree preferred.
