Job Summary:

The Finance Transformation Business Execution role is a critical position within the Chief Operating Office for Finance Transformation team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, tracking, and communicating the status of the Transformation program across the Finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the program's drivers, risks, and issues, and effectively communicate this information to senior leadership. Coordinate inputs from diverse stakeholders and manage the editing process to ensure accurate and timely updates. Develop innovative solutions to address pain points in regular processes and ad hoc requests. Partner with counterparts across the function and broader organization to identify and adopt best practices. Develop effective management reporting and dashboards to track program progress. Provide exceptional writing skills to synthesize complex concepts and translate them into effective presentations for senior executives. Communicate effectively and impactfully to all levels of the organization. Strong attention to detail and willingness to deep dive into content. Ability to work under pressure, multi-task productively, and work independently as well as collaboratively. Autonomous and highly motivated, with a tireless work ethic. Innovative and curious, able to balance analytical and creative abilities. Bachelor degree required, Masters degree preferred.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in a consultancy model business, preferably across Finance Services. Strong program management skills, including effective status reporting, plan management, risk and issue management, but deploys a flexible approach. Excellent influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills, with an ability to build strong networks. Exceptional writing skills, with an ability to synthesize complex concepts and translate into effective presentations to senior executives. Proficient to expert use of PowerPoint presentation for storytelling. Communicates effectively and impactfully to all levels of an organization. Strong attention to detail and willingness to deep dive into content. Ability to work under pressure, multi-task productively, and work independently as well as collaboratively. Autonomous and highly motivated, with a tireless work ethic. Innovative and curious, able to balance analytical and creative abilities. Bachelor degree required, Masters degree preferred.
