Food & Beverage Server

Position Overview:

As a Food & Beverage Server, you will be essential in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Your primary role will involve providing outstanding customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests warmly and professionally.
  • Present menus and offer detailed insights about food and beverage options.
  • Accurately take and relay food and drink orders to the kitchen or bar staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Verify the accuracy of orders before serving.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Encourage additional sales of appetizers, desserts, or specialty drinks.
  • Prepare and serve drinks according to established recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
  • Set up tables with necessary condiments and utensils.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service.
  • Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance service skills.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple tables efficiently.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for processing payments.
  • Familiarity with food and beverage menus, including ingredients and allergens.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical stamina to stand and carry trays for extended periods.
  • Professional appearance and attention to grooming standards.
