We are seeking a full-time Peer Support Specialist to provide clinical services to all clients receiving ACT team services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying, planning, scheduling, and implementing services for the client.
  • Develop transition plans when clients move in and out of services.
  • Act as an advocate in the community.
  • Provide written documentation as required, including treatment notes and plans for the medical record.
  • Respond to clients and co-workers as needed 24/7/365.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate fidelity to the ACT Model as measured by TMACT.
  • A strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
