Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly, addressing inquiries and fulfilling requests.
  • Facilitate guest registration by confirming room preferences, verifying details, and issuing room keys.
  • Relay messages and deliver packages to guests efficiently.
  • Provide concierge services by assisting guests with information about local attractions, dining, and travel options.
  • Maintain accurate records by inputting guest and room data.
  • Assist in making reservations by checking availability and confirming guest needs.
  • Utilize professional telephone etiquette to gather information and build rapport with callers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Work Schedule:

Available shifts include Monday through Sunday, with two days off during the week, as determined by the supervisor. Weekend availability is required.

Shift Options:

3:00 P.M. - 11:00 P.M.

11:00 P.M. - 7:00 A.M.

Compensation:

Starting pay rate is $18.00 per hour, with biweekly payment.

Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Flexibility in scheduling is essential.

Prior customer service experience is required.

Strong communication skills are necessary.

A background check and drug screening will be conducted.

Reliable transportation is required to ensure timely arrival.

Immediate availability to start is preferred.
