Key Responsibilities:- Process ACH and Check deposits
- Enter New Tenant Leases and Lease amendments
- Generate and send Monthly Tenant billing statements for Commercial properties
- Post Monthly Recurring Tenant charges
- Interact with Asset Managers regarding Tenant billings questions
- Utilize Yardi for all Tenant applications and daily deposits
- Analyze Aging reports to apply open credits
- Respond to Tenant billing inquiries
- Prepare manual billing statements for certain Tenants
Competitive hourly rate of $22-23/hour and potential for full-time conversion with benefits.
