Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Specialist - Accounts Payable/Receivable to join our team at Giant Interactive. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling a range of accounting tasks, including project billing, accounts receivable, and finance data management. This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
Timely and accurate production, sharing, and receipt-confirmation of client invoices and supporting billing information.
Regularly communicate with clients regarding open/past-due invoices to ensure timely payment/collection.
Accurate and timely recording of finance data in company database/reporting tools to support month close, internal BI/reporting, and audit compliance.
Provide support to the Financial Controller and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
Associate degree (B.A. or B.S. preferred).
2-3 years accounting AP/AR experience.
Proficiency with Quickbooks is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Knowledge of accounting practices and procedures.
Effectively prioritize workload and multitask various projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills.
