Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Program Service Specialist to join our team at Met Company. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality case management services to agency participants, ensuring their successful transition into employment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Case Management: Provide comprehensive case management services to participants, including assessment, goal setting, and progress monitoring.
  2. Policy Enforcement: Apply and enforce approved agency policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.
  3. Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with participants, staff, and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  4. Program Development: Develop and implement individual employment plans (IEPs) in partnership with participants, utilizing objective assessment criteria and relevant participant input.
  5. Resource Development: Identify and secure necessary services for participants, including labor market, education, and training resources.
  6. Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing continuous quality assurance measures.
  7. Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders to promote program success and expand service delivery.
  8. Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports, including participant progress and program outcomes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in case management, employment services, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
