Role Responsibilities

As a Patient Support Service Representative, your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting patient interviews to gather essential account information.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all patients.
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of patient records.
  • Verifying insurance coverage and obtaining necessary pre-authorizations.
  • Calculating and collecting patient financial responsibilities.
  • Securing required signatures for medical treatments.
  • Managing patient documentation in accordance with established protocols.
  • Gathering demographic and insurance information from patients and their families.
  • Accurately assigning insurance plans and verifying benefits.
  • Explaining policies related to services, pricing, and billing.

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience of at least one year in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
