Job Summary

Encorus Group is seeking a skilled Mechanical Integrity Inspector to ensure the safe operation of customer equipment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, testing, and evaluations to verify equipment integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform field inspections and testing services for fixed equipment, including API-510 Pressure Vessels, API-570 Process Piping, and API-653/STI SP001 Storage Tanks.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their expectations and company requirements.
  • Read and interpret Process and Instrumentation Drawings (P&ID) and produce accurate isometric drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Perform non-destructive examinations using company-certified methods.
  • Utilize software and governing standards to assess equipment fitness for service and remaining life.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Inspection/NDE or a related field.
  • At least one certification from API, AWS CWI, or MT/PT/UT/UTT/ET Level II Qualification.
  • High School Diploma required; A.S. or B.S. in an engineering/technical field preferred.
  • Ability to maintain current inspection/NDE certifications.
  • Proficient in standard office software.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a motor vehicle for field tests and inspections.
Preferred Qualifications
  • API 510/570/653 & NDE qualifications.
Compensation

Encorus Group offers competitive compensation, with a pay range of $40.00 per hour. Compensation will be determined based on knowledge, skills, and experience.
