Key Responsibilities for our Pest Management Specialists:
1. Conduct comprehensive inspections to identify pest issues, potential entry points, and nesting areas.

2. Develop and implement customized pest management plans.

3. Educate clients on preventive strategies focusing on cleanliness, storage, and landscaping to reduce future pest issues.

4. Create and share detailed service reports, ensuring clients are well-informed of actions taken and suggested follow-ups.


5. Adhere to strict safety and regulatory standards when handling products and equipment, contributing to operational safety and efficiency.

6. Support sales and service excellence by identifying upsell opportunities and assisting in sales initiatives.

7. Commit to professional development through ongoing training and certifications.

More Information about our Pest Management Specialist Position:

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Benefits:
Comprehensive package including full coverage for health and dental, vacation, holiday pay, a robust retirement plan, and more.

Salary:
First-year earnings $35k to $42k+ including benefits and opportunities for financial growth through company performance.

Requirements for Pest Management Specialist:
1. Obtain/maintain Arkansas registered applicator certification.

2. 2+ years of work experience (pest control industry preferred).

3. Valid Arkansas driver's license with a clean driving record.

4. Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
