Job Summary

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled Configuration Management Specialist to join our team at Lockheed Martin. As a Baseline Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper application of Design Changes for USAF and NAVAIR on over 45 Aircrew Training Devices (ATDs) at 10 sites worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain processes to analyze and detect HW & SW obsolescence on JMTAS ATDs and MTDs.
  • Work closely with OEMs and suppliers to forecast obsolescence in onboard systems as well as spares.
  • Track ongoing obsolescence issues for customer awareness and action.
  • Manage workflow to ensure timely completion and compliance with contracts and quality standards.
  • Develop and deliver metrics to management and customers to support data-driven decisions.
  • Implement processes across the enterprise focusing on synergy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Maintain traceability to customer requirements and configuration/version control for all products.
  • Develop processes ensuring compliance with CFR Part 60/AS9100, as well as customer transparency/trust/satisfaction.
  • Provide version control/traceability for USAF Aircrew Courseware.
Requirements
  • Ability to develop documentation, instructions, and presentations.
  • Familiarity with military and industry configuration management standards.
  • Understanding of technical principles, theories, and concepts, including the interrelated disciplines of Configuration Management and Change Management.
  • International Travel is required.
  • Must be capable of attaining a SECRET clearance and Security + certification.
Desired Skills
  • Working knowledge of Jira.
  • Familiarity with C-130J simulator systems.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Visio.
  • Knowledge of tracking software such as Jira or Master Control, and source code/version control management in GitHub/Perforce operations.
  • Ability to develop software scripts for Windows/Unix environments.
