Our Pest Management Specialists are the frontline defenders who ensure pest-free surroundings, equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to maintain a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to detect pest issues, potential access points, and nesting areas.
- Inform clients about preventive strategies focusing on cleanliness, storage practices, and landscaping to reduce future pest threats.
- Comply with stringent safety and regulatory standards while managing products and equipment, enhancing operational safety and efficiency.
- Commit to continuous professional development through ongoing training and certifications.
- Work independently on a daily basis with minimal oversight.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
Location Requirement:
Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to the office.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes full coverage for health and dental insurance, vacation, holiday pay, a solid retirement plan, and more.
First-year earnings range from $35k to $42k+, with additional opportunities for financial advancement based on company performance.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the pest management industry is preferred.
