Front Desk Ambassador

We are looking for a talented and customer-centric Front Desk Ambassador to join our team at Blue Harbor Resort & Conference Center. As a Front Desk Agent- 2nd Shift, you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our guests by providing exceptional service and support.
About the Role:
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and making a positive impact on our guests' experiences.
You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring that they feel welcome and supported throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and registering guests by obtaining or confirming room requirements, verifying pre-registration, assigning room, obtaining information and signatures, issuing guest room keys.
- Authorizing credit cards or obtaining cash for the duration of the stay.
- Directing guests to their rooms by showing location on resort maps.
- Conveying information to guests by receiving and transmitting messages, mail, facsimiles, packages, etc.
- Providing concierge duties to guests by answering inquiries regarding resort services, such as entertainment, shopping, business, and travel.
- Maintaining records by entering room and guest account data.
- Collecting revenue by entering services and charges, computing bill, securing payment.
- Making resort and other reservations by entering or telephoning requirements, checking availability, confirming requirements.
- Securing guest's valuables by processing lost and found to the housekeeping department.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- 2nd shift availability (3pm-11pm).
- Uses customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 10 lbs.
- Sit and/or stand long periods.
Estimated Salary: $38,000 - $48,000 per year based on experience.
