About the Role

The Front Desk Agent plays a critical role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests at Blue Harbor Resort & Conference Center. This dynamic individual will work closely with our team to ensure seamless guest interactions, efficient operations, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, registering, and assisting guests with their needs.
  • Process payments, manage room assignments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stay up-to-date on resort services, promotions, and events to provide valuable recommendations to guests.
Qualifications:
  • Exhibit outstanding communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Availability to work 2nd shift (3pm-11pm).

**Salary Range:** $40,000 - $50,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
