Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Blue Harbor Resort & Conference Center. As a Front Desk Agent- 2nd Shift, you will be responsible for welcoming and serving guests by providing an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and register guests by obtaining or confirming room requirements, verifying pre-registration, assigning room, obtaining information and signatures, issuing guest room keys.
  • Authorize credit cards or obtain cash for the duration of the stay.
  • Direct guests to their rooms by showing location on resort maps.
  • Convey information to guests by receiving and transmitting messages, mail, facsimiles, packages, etc.
  • Provide concierge duties to guests by answering inquiries regarding resort services, such as entertainment, shopping, business, and travel.
  • Maintain records by entering room and guest account data.
  • Collect revenue by entering services and charges, computing bill, securing payment.
  • Makes resort and other reservations by entering or telephoning requirements, checking availability, confirming requirements.
  • Secures guest's valuables by processing lost and found to the housekeeping department.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 2nd shift availability (3pm-11pm).
  • Uses customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information.

Physical Requirements:
  • Lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Sit and/or stand long periods.

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year based on experience.
