The Role

We are seeking a Bell Services Attendant to join our team. This full-time position reports to the Rooms Division Manager and Director of Rooms.

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for creating a professional and guest service-oriented environment for all guests at the resort. The successful candidate will assist with check-in and check-out processes, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a smooth guest experience throughout their stay.

Duties

• Provide warm and friendly greetings to guests and colleagues alike.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Loading and unloading luggage carts with care, ensuring timely delivery of guest belongings.
• Escorting guests to rooms, familiarizing them with hotel services and amenities, and conducting room inspections to guarantee guest satisfaction.
• Delivering messages, packages, and amenities as needed, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when required.
• Providing shuttle service to and from the condos and local area restaurants, promoting a safe and convenient transportation experience.
• Ensuring accurate logging of charges and baggage pulls, collaborating with supervisors and front desk staff to maintain seamless operations.

Requirements

• A strong customer service ethos, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver's license and adherence to Blue Harbor Resort & Conference Center Vehicle Safety Policy, with a minimum age requirement of 21 years old for shuttle driving duties.
• An ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and stand for extended periods.
• Capacity to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly, while safely maneuvering objects within the workplace.
