Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Principal Field Education Specialist to join our team at Medtronic. Your primary focus will be on planning, developing, delivering, and coordinating training programs that meet company and customer objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create education programs, curricula, and course materials that support business unit strategies and are compliant with regulatory requirements.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver impactful training programs that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers
  • Plan, develop, and deliver training programs that meet company and customer objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create education programs, curricula, and course materials
  • Ensure training programs are compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 11 years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting, clinical training, field sales/support in medical device, healthcare industry or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of EP Mapping Experience
  • Advanced Electrophysiology (RCIS or IBHRE certification is preferred)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and deliver impactful training programs
