ATR International is seeking a Marketing Consultant for an important client.

The scope of work will center primarily on:

  • Data amplification of key clinical evidence tied to spring 2025 congresses – this will involve the creation of and management through the creative development process for field-facing resources to ensure our global field teams understand how to discuss these data findings with their physicians.
  • Data synthesis into brand messaging – incorporation of evidence as clinical proof points to our brand leadership messaging.
  • Primary interface with agency and cross-functional internal partners, including other marketing team members, marcomm, and our compliance reviewers.
  • Oversee critical projects, including high-visibility program launches and data amplification initiatives. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead and coordinate with various teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment. Foster collaboration and break down silos to achieve shared goals.
  • Develop and implement effective communication plans to engage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Interacts directly with product managers to identify new marketing opportunities.

 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proven Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively, and delivering results on time. Ideal candidate will have a strong project management background and be skilled at managing complex initiatives. 
  • High tolerance for ambiguity/adaptive to change: Thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces change, and can pivot quickly to adapt to evolving priorities. Ideal candidate will be comfortable with and have experience providing strategic updates to executive leadership and all employee communications. 
  • Strong Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams, build strong relationships, and drive consensus to achieve shared goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with and engaging field teams.
  • Education Required: Bachelor’s degree,
  • Years’ Experience Required: 10+ years of marketing program management would be ideal.

 

Hourly Rate: $45.00 - $60.00
