Job Summary

Loomis US is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Americas region as the Head of Loomis Americas. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of the armored transportation and cash management industry, as well as excellent leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the P&L of Loomis International (LI) US & LATAM, with locations in New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Argentina, and Chile.
  • Develop and implement international networking, marketing, and freight forwarding strategies to drive business growth.
  • Ensure fluency in both English and Spanish, and lead the development of all product lines of LI on forwarding, transportation, and storage in the region.
  • Identify new regional opportunities by developing new markets for existing clients and other LI stations, as well as by developing new clients in those newly developed markets.
  • Establish and manage a strong agent network for LI Americas, optimizing service setup with existing or new service providers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant suppliers, including airlines, security, and forwarding agents.
  • Perform security audits and implement and monitor agreed operational procedures with agents and other 3rd party providers to ensure security compliance.
  • Manage certain projects as defined by Loomis International Corporate, with a travel expectancy in the 60-70% range.
Requirements
  • Strong management skills to negotiate service requested by customers and agents/partners.
  • Ability to plan, work, and act independently to achieve set targets.
  • Hands-on attitude, taking initiatives, acting, and thinking proactively during the performance of duties.
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking and acting, strong sales skills, and experience as a senior salesperson.
  • Display good customer service skills.
  • Well organized in administering and documenting projects or duties undertaken.
