As a Medical Technologist, you'll play a vital role in our laboratory team, responsible for performing complex laboratory testing, quality control, data analysis, and results reporting.

About the Role

  • You will receive and process specimens, ensuring accurate identification and suitability for testing.
  • You will prepare reagents, perform instrument maintenance, and calibration to ensure optimal laboratory performance.
  • You will analyze data, exercise sound judgment, and demonstrate critical thinking skills to provide accurate results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
  • Certification or registry eligibility for Medical Technologist, MLS (ASCP), or MT (ASCP), or AMT.
  • Current Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist (MA-P) certification or Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist eligibility (if duties include phlebotomy).
  • SM (ASCP), RM (NRM) for Microbiology only, or SC, SM (ASCP), MS in Clinical Chemistry or molecular diagnostics experience preferred for Immunology only.
