Clinical Laboratory Specialist

Interpath Laboratory is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Phlebotomist/Processor to join our team in Tumwater, WA. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of clinical laboratory operations, including patient reception, specimen collection, processing, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and interact effectively with patients and team members
- Retrieve blood samples and other specimens, prepare them for laboratory testing, and perform screening procedures
- Verify specimen information, perform data entry, and properly identify patient information
- Receive, process, and package samples for referral labs while maintaining specimen integrity
- Follow safety protocols, HIPAA policies, Medicare rules, and participate in quality assurance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- WA Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist certification
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment

- Pay: $18.98 - $25.69 Per Hour DOE
