Sales Representative

At Madewell, our Sales Associates play a vital role in helping customers find their perfect fit. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales by exceeding selling and service expectations, creating genuine connections with customers, and becoming an expert on all things denim.
To succeed in this role, you will need to complete training programs, utilize product knowledge tools, participate in fit sessions, and apply your skills to provide exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a high level of product knowledge, stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends, and work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
