Coffee Connoisseur Wanted

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Coffee Sales Advisor to join our team at ActionLink. As a Nespresso Retail Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting product demonstrations, and increasing sales of our premium coffee machines.

With a passion for coffee and excellent communication skills, you will excel in this role and become a trusted advisor to our customers. The ideal candidate will have retail or sales experience, with a focus on beverages or related products.

The salary for this position is approximately $24.50 per hour, based on location and experience. We offer a bonus potential, W2 employment, biweekly pay schedule, direct deposit, optional 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match, paid training, and paid time off.

Job Description:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and conduct product demonstrations
  • Increase sales of Nespresso machines and coffee
  • Train store associates on Nespresso products and services
  • Operate the Nespresso Trade mobile app to register machine purchases and coffee orders
  • Maintain tasting table/demo area in accordance with proper hygiene requirements and visual standards
