The estimated annual salary for this position is $58,000 - $68,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating lasting relationships with customers and communicating Vuori's brand values through insightful product knowledge and a happy optimistic outlook.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment by working collaboratively with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
  • Seek new product knowledge in the broader fashion landscape and active-wear specifically to serve as an expert for the customer.
  • Assist in the completion of projects while keeping the focus on customer experience and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays, including the week of Black Friday and the week of Christmas.
  • Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality and develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns, prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and quickly learn new procedures and processes.
