Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator/CSA to join our Client Service Team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Update holiday hours and auto attendant as necessary.
  • Provide backup support for phone calls and ensure seamless communication with team members.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and update CRM with lead, opportunity, and relationship information.
  • Provide administrative support for clients, advisors, and CSA teams, including scanning, digital filing, printing, shredding, and typing.
  • Process incoming checks, deposit mailed checks, and manage office supplies.
  • Liaise with building management and NFP for facilities issues.
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and office coordination.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
  • Numerical accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a team environment.
  • Professional appearance and manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
