We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our Intensive Crisis Stabilization Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing medical services, providing organizational leadership, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Medical Service Oversight: Ensure the delivery of high-quality medical services to consumers, including psychiatrists, physicians, nurse practitioners, and nurses.
- Organizational Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the Senior Management Team on medical matters and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Quality Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with medical regulations and standards, including those related to patient care and safety.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and communication among medical and non-medical staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Education and Experience: Board certified or eligible Psychiatrist with a minimum of five (5) years experience in a licensed program.
- Skills and Qualifications: Skilled in treating a broad range of psychiatric illnesses and addiction disorders, with knowledge in clinical and administrative supervision.
