About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Travel Registered Nurse to join our team as a Case Management RN in Boston, Massachusetts. This is an exciting opportunity to work with hospitals in need of dedicated professionals like you.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have experience in case management and be able to work effectively in a hospital setting. As a Travel RN Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing patient care and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license
  • At least 1 year of experience in case management or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
