Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse RN to join our team at Boston Childrens Hospital. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong nursing background and a passion for working with critically ill children.

About the Role:

This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment. As a Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse RN, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement evidence-based practice guidelines and protocols
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an ICU setting
  • Pediatric critical care experience preferred
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
