Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury or workers compensation cases, with a bachelor's degree and/or paralegal education. They should possess in-depth knowledge of Massachusetts personal injury and workers compensation laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Intake: Conduct thorough intake processes for new clients, gathering essential information and documents.
  • Case Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of case files, ensuring timely updates and notifications.
  • Document Preparation: Draft demand packages, complaints, discovery requests, and other essential documents.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain open communication channels with clients, insurance companies, and court personnel.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to lawyers, including research, data entry, and record-keeping.
