Job Overview

This travel position offers a unique opportunity to work with a top healthcare provider in the Boston area. As a Medical Case Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating patient care and ensuring seamless transitions between different stages of treatment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in case management or a related field
  • Current RN licensure in good standing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, you will receive:
