KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively manage the leasing of a diverse portfolio, including office, retail, residential, and industrial properties.
  • Develop targeted marketing strategies tailored to specific properties and engage with local enterprises for leasing prospects.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to produce property-specific promotional materials and enhance branding efforts.
  • Execute direct marketing initiatives and leasing strategies customized for each property to attract potential tenants.
  • Collaborate with the brokerage community to effectively promote available properties.
  • Respond promptly to all leasing inquiries through various communication channels within one business day.
  • Conduct property tours for a wide array of prospective tenants.
  • Build relationships with potential tenants to facilitate successful leasing agreements.
  • Partner with the Director of Property Management & Leasing to create tailored lease agreements and leasing strategies.
  • Maintain current and accurate property listings across multiple platforms.
  • Prepare and distribute Letters of Intent (LOI) and lease agreements to interested parties.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for the onboarding of new tenants.
  • Confirm lease details with the accounting department for billing accuracy.
  • Track and follow up on all leasing inquiries and leads.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years of experience in leasing or customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales or leasing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service and administrative roles.
