Job OpportunityNE Property Management is seeking a highly skilled and organized Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and prospective residents.Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement activities for residents to enhance their living experience.
  • Provide professional service at all times, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Act as a liaison between residents and property staff, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Organize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Present the community and specific apartments to prospective residents, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Interact with residents and guests from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Participate in outreach marketing activities to attract new residents.
  • Complete lease paperwork and maintain accurate resident files.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a comfortable and stress-free environment for residents and their guests.
  • Distribute and follow up on renewal notices.
  • Utilize computer systems, including Real Page, One Site, and Velocity, to manage resident information and lease agreements.
