Property Management Professional

The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned apartment developments, ensuring they meet financial goals and maintain high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Ensure assigned properties meet annual budget targets, optimize rental income, and manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Operational Excellence: Supervise site teams, manage maintenance tasks, and maintain a safe work environment.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to residents, encourage long-term retention, and resolve issues promptly.
- Leadership and Development: Demonstrate professional leadership, support staff development, and pursue own professional growth through training and education.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, manage risk, and maintain accurate financial and operational data.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or college degree, four years of increasing property management responsibilities, and knowledge of affordable and market-rate housing.
- Industry Credentials: Industry training credentials authenticating understanding of rental housing programs.
- Travel and Work Environment: Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and ability to travel between properties, work flexible hours, and work in transitional neighborhoods.
