Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Texas Oncology. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide strategic guidance and support to our senior leaders, driving organizational effectiveness and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the HR Business Partner team to deliver high-quality HR services and support to various business units.
  • Establish strong relationships with senior leaders, providing robust recommendations on leadership development, change management, performance, talent management, and more.
  • Navigate complex situations with professionalism, integrity, and trust, employing various coaching models to ensure leader success.
  • Provide guidance and leadership on best practices for organizational design and operating models to ensure effective and efficient implementation.
  • Champion Texas Oncology's culture pillars, enhancing engagement, satisfaction, wellbeing, inclusion, and belonging across the practice.
  • Utilize data to lead change and influence leaders across various HR domains and business strategies, analyzing retention efforts, compensation, talent metrics, and collaborating with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to improve efficiencies and reduce risk.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 12+ years in Human Resources, as a strategic business partner.
  • 5+ years leadership role overseeing HR business partners or similar functions.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

  • Expert knowledge of latest HR trends, research, and legal landscape.
  • Data analysis, insight generation, and recommendations for action.
  • Project and change management.
  • Facilitation, coaching, and training skills.
  • Leading HRBPs within a large Matrixed Organizational Structure.
  • Healthcare industry, leading practice management and HR initiatives.

Working Conditions:

  • Travel 30% - 50% (as needed for business meetings, trainings, additional needs, etc.).
  • Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.): Office, clinical practice, and travel.
  • Physical Requirements (Lifting, standing, etc.): Standard office and travel by air and auto.
