Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of associates in providing customer service and resolving member complaints and issues
  • Assist management with supervising associates, training, and developing their skills
  • Communicate effectively with members, associates, and management to ensure seamless operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates
  • Develop and implement processes and practices to meet business needs
  • Lead and participate in teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • 6 months retail experience, including operating front-end equipment and customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Leading a front-end team and supervising experience preferred
