Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to serve as Medical Director of Primary Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and operational success of our primary care practices. This is a full-time position with a ratio of 28 clinical hours to 12 administrative hours. Call consists of outpatient only, and is divided equally among the 10+ providers in the group.

About the Role

The Medical Director will work closely with the VP Physician & App Services and Practice Operations Leadership to develop and implement primary care-related strategic initiatives. You will also be responsible for practicing clinically as a Primary Care physician. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and contribute to the growth and success of our primary care practices.

Requirements

We are looking for a physician with the following qualifications and experience:
  • MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
  • APPs with applicable background considered.
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible.
  • Preferred 3 years of leadership experience, though not required.
