Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring patient conditions, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs and medical equipment
- Report any changes or concerns to the Registered Nurse
- Assist with patient transfers and mobility
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, including disposing of waste and restocking supplies
- CNA Certification (State of Maine)
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs and push/pull over 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This position requires the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be expected to work effectively in a team setting and communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare staff. The physical demands of this position include standing, walking, and lifting, as well as the ability to work in a variety of environments, including patient rooms and common areas.
