Child Care Center Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Child Care to lead our team at The Sapling School. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our child care center, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our children and families.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of teaching staff to provide high-quality care and education to children.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and local regulations.
- Conduct regular staff training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and a positive partnership.
- Manage the center's budget and resources to ensure efficient use of funds.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a child care leadership role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents, staff, and children.
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
- A competitive salary range of $55,000 to $60,000 per year.
