Position Overview
We are looking for a personable and customer-focused Sales Associate to become part of our team. In this role, you will assist shoppers with their needs and ensure they have a positive shopping experience. Duties may include operating the cash register, restocking merchandise, managing inventory, and keeping the store organized. The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in customer service and familiarity with cash register operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome each customer warmly and provide assistance during their shopping journey.
  • Adhere to all safety and loss prevention protocols.
  • Operate the cash register to process customer transactions.
  • Handle payments via cash and credit card.
  • Issue receipts and process refunds as necessary.

  • Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to effectively assist customers in their choices.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to read, count, write, and communicate effectively.
  • Understanding of sales strategies and customer service best practices.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register accurately and efficiently.
  • Flexibility in work schedule.
  • Prior experience in the furniture sector is preferred.
