Job Title: Hospital Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hospital Liaison to join our team at Linde. As a Hospital Liaison, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless patient discharge and equipment delivery services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock and maintain a vehicle with necessary equipment, disposables, and paperwork for daily deliveries.
  • Make daily rounds to contact hospital case managers to coordinate equipment delivery and patient setup.
  • Communicate with our center throughout the day to schedule home setup of equipment.
  • Understand and communicate coverage criteria to case managers and patients as applicable.
  • Complete setup paperwork daily for all equipment delivered.
  • Assist with gathering CMNs and chart notes for billing purposes.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operating instructions.
  • Basic knowledge of Medicare coverage guidelines and documentation requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three months of related experience or training preferred.
Physical Demands:

The Hospital Liaison will be required to lift and move equipment, and may be exposed to various environmental conditions during deliveries.
