About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Academic Leader to join our team at South College. As Associate Dean of Academics and Student Services, you will play a vital role in supporting the effective administration of academic programs and student services.

This position requires a minimum of forty office hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate classes conducted during various times, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Dean of Academics and Campus President in ensuring the effective administration of specified academic programs and student services departments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and experiences.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance academic program quality and student engagement.
Requirements
  • Earned master's degree in education or related field, with progress toward earning a doctoral degree preferred.
  • Professional experience in education and student services, with teaching experience desirable.
  • Experience in educational theory, methodology, program assessments, and accreditation processes.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
