The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learners
  • Using data-driven instruction to inform instructional decisions and drive student progress
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes student growth and well-being
  • Maintaining open communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress
  • Pursuing ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with best practices

We offer a highly competitive salary package, including a starting salary range of $55,070 - $60,695, commensurate with experience, plus a robust benefits package. Our team members enjoy a 2% yearly raise and access to a Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System pension plan. Additionally, we provide laptop computers, internet access, and email support to facilitate job responsibilities.
