Shoe Coordinator Job Description

Rainbow USA is a rapidly growing retail organization with a strong focus on customer service and fashion-forward apparel. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Shoe Coordinator.

This entry-level management position offers the opportunity to learn our business and develop the skills necessary to operate one of our stores. As a Shoe Coordinator, you will be responsible for training and motivating staff, handling multiple tasks, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service
  • Handle multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
  • Organize and prioritize work to ensure efficient store operations
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and improve store performance

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
