Chief Privacy Officer

At Fidelity, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Privacy Officer to lead our firm-wide privacy strategy and oversight. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of privacy regulations and the ability to develop and implement effective compliance programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and oversee firm-wide programs to ensure compliance with federal and state privacy regulations.
- Lead cross-firm teams to implement new privacy regulations and support business initiatives.
- Oversee privacy-related incident responses and develop training and communications for associates.
- Liaise with critical collaborators, including Compliance, Risk, Cyber, and Global Security partners.
- Deep securities industry knowledge and comprehensive understanding of privacy regulations.
- 10+ years of privacy or related compliance, legal, or risk experience.
- Bachelor's degree with law or other advanced degree a plus.
- Experience in interacting with regulators, including the SEC, FINRA, and state agencies.
