About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in printing and packaging. Your expertise in root cause failure analysis methods, such as Five Whys, RCFA, PDCA, or FMEA, will be invaluable in identifying and resolving quality issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics to senior management
