Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement site-specific Quality Systems and Food Safety Plans

- Coordinate performance management, coaching, and feedback activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 8 years of experience in Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, or technical field
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/plant operations environment
- At least 3 years of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Engineering, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Science, or related field
- Validated experience conducting and facilitating effective Failure Investigations, Corrective and Preventive Actions, Notices of Deviation, and management of Change Documentation
- Direct experience and active participation in an Audit Inspection by a Regulatory Agency
- Proficient Knowledge of HACCP, GMP's, and SPC
- Knowledge of AIB, SQF, USDA, and FSMA regulations
