Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 8 years of experience in Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, or technical field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/plant operations environment
  • At least 3 years of people management experience


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Engineering, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Science, or related field
  • Validated experience conducting and facilitating effective Failure Investigations, Corrective and Preventive Actions, Notices of Deviation, and management of Change Documentation
  • Direct experience and active participation in an Audit Inspection by a Regulatory Agency
  • Proficient Knowledge of HACCP, GMP's, and SPC
  • Knowledge of AIB, SQF, USDA, and FSMA regulations
