Position Summary:

We are in search of a motivated and enthusiastic Specialty Graphics Project Manager for an apprenticeship program. If you possess a passion for project management, outstanding communication abilities, and a meticulous attention to detail, this role may be an excellent fit for you.

In the capacity of a Graphics Project Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from inception to completion. You will serve as the intermediary between clients, sales teams, graphic designers, and production staff, ensuring that every project adheres to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of graphic projects, ensuring all objectives and deadlines are achieved.
  • Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact for clients, nurturing relationships, managing expectations, and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Budget Management: Develop precise project quotes and oversee budgets to meet financial targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales personnel, graphic designers, and production teams to ensure cohesive project results.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of three years in project management is preferred; however, candidates with less experience may be considered for assistant roles.
  • Graphics Knowledge: While familiarity with specialty graphics is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Self-Motivated: Strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
