Junior Graphic Production Assistant

Are you a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for graphic design? Do you have experience with Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of design principles?

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Production Assistant to join our marketing team at Schumacher Automotive Group in West Palm Beach. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing marketing materials, creating print layouts, and executing print requests for various media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill and track marketing print projects and collateral requests.
  • Support Eblast and broadcast campaign execution.
  • Ensure manufacturer and company brand compliance guidelines are followed.
  • Execute postal mailers, including printing, address batches from CRM, and delivery of items to the post office.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other internal teams to complete projects.
  • Produce high-quality artwork within agreed deadlines using various software applications.
  • Provide first-level review of artwork to ensure technical accuracy of layouts.
  • Submit deliverables within agreed-upon deadlines.
  • Distribute marketing collateral across campuses.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends.
  • Maintain and manage digital files and artwork.
  • Prepare Purchase Orders and send approval requests for outsourced projects.
  • Order Marketing Department office supplies.
  • Attend trainings and meetings as requested.
  • Take photos for company Magazine, new employees for websites, and organic social media.
  • Attend bi-weekly social media content planning meetings and implement content plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design and experience in a print production environment.
  • Design experience in a fast-paced agency or marketing department.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must upload a designed resume with a link to your portfolio.
  • 1+ years working with Adobe Creative Suite & Adobe Illustrator.
  • 1+ years working with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
